For organisations and teams looking to build an inclusive and supportive workplace, helping them by increasing awareness and overcoming the many misconceptions, guiding them to become fertility aware employers within the industry.
COURSE DETAILS
Fertility issues affect around 1 in 6 couples. It can cause significant distress, stigma, and financial hardship, affecting people’s mental and psychosocial well-being.
Whilst there is guidance available for employers, our industry and working practices are unique both in terms of timings and locations.
How accessible is treatment to people working on tour or in venues?
What can we put in place to open conversations and create safe spaces within the workplace, so that those facing fertility struggles, no matter what their race, gender or relationship status can feel supported and don’t need to suffer in silence?
This course investigates these questions and collaboratively we work through the issues and solutions specific to our industry.
Online & In-Person sessions available!
Requirements:
Max 10 delegates per session
Training space including a TV/Projector for presentation for in-person sessions
Online sessions are available covering theory via Teams/Zoom
